2–CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Brent is happy to meet with you for a free, initial consultation to understand your needs, become more familiar with your property, and to ensure the outcome suits both your personality and lifestyle. During this consultation, Brent will get to know you better, drawing inspiration from you so that your landscape will compliment you and the way you live.
From there he will give you a clear proposal. You will receive a completed plan that proposes location, materials, and plants. Brent will review this with you along with necessary sketches and illustrative details. This step helps everyone visualize how the end-result project could look.
3–COST ANALYSIS
Brent will give you a real estimate of what you'll get and how much it will cost. He will review with you an itemized budget range for the anticipated construction costs of the project. Brent can also explore different pricing options based on material selection to help you determine a reasonable project budget. This step allows for any revisions to the design.
4–CONSTRUCTION
The installation of the design will be supervised by the Project Manager and/or the Designer. Our team will work together to ensure the design intent is carried out successfully and within the estimated completion time.
